Hypastat is a non-flammable solution of sodium hypochlorite which after application breaks down to salt, water and chlorine.
When applied to Oamaru Stone it will react with UV light and clean, sanitize and brighten up Oamaru stone. Typically used as a cleaner and pre-treatment of Oamaru stone and concrete before sealing.
Its bleaching action helps whiten Oamaru stone and concrete surfaces and the treatment of fungi, mould & moss.
Mixing & Coverage Instructions:
Mix Ratio: 1:2 -1L of concentrate makes 3L of mixed solution
Coverage: 3L mixed solution treats approximately 9m²
This 20L container makes 60L of mixed solution and it treats approximately 240 m²
Application: Apply with hand sprayer with course wetting nozzle covering 2 to 3 sq metres per litre, allow it to work for at least 15 minutes then rinse with hose and brush or medium pressure washer.
