Its unique formula continues working long after application preventing re-growth of Pesky Byrophites for a significant time period.
Powered by a specialized blend of Benzalkonium chloride and Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. EP delivers an enhanced dual action effect- adding another layer to its proven performance.
This unique formulation provides exceptional results in areas with higher than normal organic build up or where drone operators are applying at lower rates coverage rates (L/per sqm) but still require a guaranteed outcome of effectiveness.
Ideal for use on Concrete, Asphalt, Metal, including driveways, patios, decks, paths, walls, roofs, carparks, and most exterior surfaces. EP penetrates deeply targeting growth at its source once applied, time & natural weathering removes dead material laving a cleaner fresher surface without the need for harsh scrubbing or pressure washing .

Mix Ratio: 1:59 -1L of concentrate makes 60L of mixed solution
Coverage: 60L mixed solution treats approximately 240 m²
This 5L container makes 300L of mixed solution and it treats approximately 1200 m²
