Stratacote Nano-cote Sealer is a solvent free, self-assembling micro emulsion. The small molecular chain is creating a capillary impregnation without filling the pores and capillary structure. The product is designed as a water-soluble impregnating agent for masonry, including highly alkaline cement based surfaces. It chemically bonds with concrete and masonry substrates and becomes invisible once dry. Its penetration and subsequent chemical reaction with the concrete allows it to provide long term protection for cement based substrates by significantly reducing the ingress of liquid water and any dissolved salts and contaminations that the water may carry.

Stratacote's Nano-Cote Sealer concentrate diluted can be used for the water repellent treatment on following substrates:

  • Concrete
  • Pavers
  • Bricks
  • Plaster
  • Render
  • Fibre Cement products
  • Roof tiles
  • Porous natural stones

Mixing & Coverage Instructions:
Mix Ratio: 1:9 -1L of concentrate makes 10L of mixed solution
Coverage: 10L mixed solution treats approximately 30m²
