Stratacote Nano-cote Sealer is a solvent free, self-assembling micro emulsion. The small molecular chain creates a capillary impregnation without filling the pores and capillary structure.
Nano-cote is designed as a water-soluble impregnating agent for masonry that chemically bonds with masonry substrates and becomes invisible once dry. Its penetration and subsequent chemical reaction with the surface allows it to provide long term protection by significantly reducing the ingress of liquid water and any dissolved salts and contaminations that the water may carry.
Mixing & Coverage:

Mix at a ratio of 1:9 with water

1L Nano-cote is mixed with 9L water, making 10L

Coverage: 2.5–3m² per L of mixed product, depending on substrate

Total coverage approximately 30m²

Apply the same area twice while the first coat is still wet
Note: Surface must be completely dry before application. Nano-cote does not etch glass and joinery. Lasts approximately 8 years. Not harmful to plants, nontoxic to people and pets, non-carcinogenic, odour/fume free.
