Kemseal S-Patch - fibrated silicone roof patch is a flashing grade moisture cure silicone roof patch intended for permanently sealing and repairing roofs. Can be applied in a single-application without priming. Comes in grey.
- It has excellent durability, colour stability, UV and chalk resistance.
- Can be used instead of reinforcing tape as it has fibers in it and you brush it where you would put tape.
Kemseal S-Patch is a liquid membrane with reinforcing that provides excellent adhesion to most prepared existing roofing substrates including aged asphalt, butanol, aged EPDM, aged cap sheet, composite, concrete, fiberglass, metal, modified bitumen, sprayed polyurethane foam and most existing coatings on flat or sloped roofs. Pre-testing is recommended to confirm compatibility and adhesion.
Mixing & Coverage Instructions:
When using as a leak patch repair 1L per 0.8m²
When using as a substitute for polyester reinforcing tape to reinforce lap joins and penetrations prior to applying the S Patch liquid membrane- 1L for every 1.25m².
